Photos on this website demonstrate the sample products made by our florist. However, make sure to contact our customer service via Line, IG, Email or phone before placing your order to let us know your favorite color and flowers as well as the quantity and the delivery date you desire.

Shipping & delivery


We offer various delivery options for you. You can choose one of the convenience stores near you (7-11, FamilyMart and Hi-Life in Taiwan), or if you would like, you can pick up your order from our Taoyuan office in Taiwan (business hours 9:00 - 18:00 Monday through Friday). Also, we can deliver your order via our contracted carrier. 

Please understand there is a limit of the convenience store pickup regarding the parcel weight and size (the longest side≦ 45cm;length+width+height  ≦105cm;weight ≦ 5kg). In that case, you may not choose to use the convenience store. 

We also deliver our product worldwide. If you would like to have your order delivered outside Taiwan, please contact us for the best delivery method in your area.

If you choose to pick up your order by yourself, we have both Taoyuan and Taipei pickup points for you to choose. Be sure to note in the remarks column ! Thanks !

商品包裝:每一個客製化商品式樣、花色、花材,乃至於包裝皆有不同。若有特別包裝需求,請於下單時與客服聯繫,我們將依您的需求來包裝。由於使用的包材皆是花藝師精心挑選的優質品,我們將酌收新台幤200元的服務費。

Sales & refunds


As per the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to return items within a 7-day timeframe (including holidays) after they have received their products. This 7-day return window gives consumers the opportunity to get to know the features of the product. However, this return policy is not applicable to personalized items or products that have been unpacked with fluctuating prices.

It will be advisable for you to record the whole process while unpacking the items. In case of any questions, please contact our customer service immediately.

In the case of returning or exchanging a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is sent back in its original packaging; if the original outer box is not available, kindly use a different carton to securely pack the product before returning it.
